How to rotate just one page in a PDF
Scanners and phones often save one or two pages sideways. Most PDF viewers only rotate the view, so the page is wrong again the next time the file is opened. Here is how to fix it for good.
Rotate pagesTurn pages the right way up. Free, private, nothing uploaded.
Open Rotate pagesRotate a single page with PDFCop
- Open pdfcop.com/rotate-pdf and choose your PDF.
- Find the sideways page in the thumbnails.
- Press its rotate-left or rotate-right button until it is upright. Other pages stay as they are.
- Press Save rotated PDF and download the fixed file.
Why "rotate view" isn’t enough
Adobe Reader’s View → Rotate and similar options only turn the page on your screen. The saved file is unchanged, so whoever you send it to still sees it sideways. A rotation saved into the PDF fixes it for everyone.
Other quick fixes
- Pages in the wrong order? Use Rearrange pages.
- A blank page from the scanner? Remove it with Delete pages.
- White borders around a scan? Trim them with Crop PDF.
Questions
Can I rotate all pages at once?
Yes. Use All left or All right at the top of the page.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. The page content is not re-drawn — only its orientation setting changes.
